🖤 ~Sometimes, I just want to be sitting on a porch of a cabin, out in the middle of nowhere! Any of y’all with me on this?!! 😩

🖤 ~Life can be so exhausting. I am Ma, an empath, an encourager, a responsible person, the giver, a prayer warrior, a deep soul, an old soul, a mental health advocate, a fibromyalgia advocate, an uplifter, a daughter, a friend, a sister, etc.

🖤 ~So many of you have messaged me and shared with me how chaotic your days are and how exhausting your days are. I feel you! I really do! When I write, it is from my personal experience, personal feelings and my own testimonies. Life is chaotic, hectic, a beautiful mess! ❤️

🖤 ~Some days I feel more drained than a fresh lemon that is being used to make homemade lemonade!

🖤 ~Self-Care is so crucial to each and every one of us. It doesn’t matter who we are, we all must take care of our own mental health, renewing and refreshing of our mind, body and soul. 🙌

🖤 ~Coffee, is part of my self-care! Laugh if you will, but, that simple cup of hot coffee ☕️ makes me smile 😁, fills my ❤️ with joy and gives me peace! 🙌 Oh now, y’all know what I am talking about! 👌

🖤 ~If we keep going without resting, there is absolutely no possible way that we can help others. And, you can tell me all you want that this is not true, but, let me tell you from experience, it is SO true!

🖤 ~Coffee ☕️ is definitely my functioning vice, because, without it, nothing would ever get accomplished!

🖤 ~There are many self-care avenues, but you have to find what works best for you. Whether it is praying, taking thirty minutes to just sit quietly, a quick walk, or just taking a few minutes to listen to music, it is so crucial.

🖤 ~We all have different mental needs, so make sure you take the time to understand yourself and really learn what helps your mind, body and soul to connect. 🙏

🖤 ~I hope this simple blog helps someone today, that is my hope! 🙌
